Our discretionary management services are aimed at professional clients and eligible counterparties. Our minimum investment threshold for Bespoke Discretionary Management is £300,000.
Custody Model
Client assets are held by an FCA-authorised and regulated custodian and are segregated from the assets of Momentum Investment Management Ltd. We do not hold client money directly.
Our primary investment platform is Transact (Integrated Financial Arrangements Ltd), which acts as custodian for client assets. Transact is authorised and regulated by the FCA (FRN: 185856).
In the event of the insolvency of Momentum Investment Management Ltd, your assets remain yours and are protected by their segregated status. You may also be entitled to compensation under the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) — see below.
Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS)
Eligible clients may be entitled to compensation from the Financial Services Compensation Scheme in the event that we are unable to meet our obligations. The current limit for investment claims is £85,000 per eligible claimant.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and aim to resolve it within 8 weeks. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

We maintain a conflicts of interest policy and take all reasonable steps to identify and manage conflicts that may arise in the course of providing our services. A summary of our conflicts of interest policy is available on request.
